Medicare rebated individual services

If you have a Mental Health Care Plan and a referral from your GP or psychiatrist, you may be eligible for individual therapy sessions with Medicare rebates. This is a common referral process and allows for coordinated mental health care with your healthcare provider and a lower cost for services. Please note I am not a bulk-billing provider.

Private sessions

While a referral is preferred, you can access my services without a Mental Health Care Plan or formal referral. Depending on your private health insurance, some insurers may cover a portion of the fee based on your level of cover. Please check with your provider to determine your eligibility for reimbursement.

Mindfulness

Brief ADHD Assessment

This service includes a computerised attention test, a brief consultation, and targeted questionnaires. These components are used to create a report for your doctor, indicating whether your experiences are consistent with ADHD characteristics. While this assessment does not provide a formal diagnosis, it can be a valuable tool for your psychiatrist or paediatrician in determining the likelihood of an ADHD diagnosis based on the results.
